Some memories
are just for you.
You choose who sees them.
New tributes begin with “Only me” selected. A private tribute and its photographs, videos and memory notes can only be opened by the signed-in account that created it.
“People with the link” lets you share quietly. Anyone who receives or forwards that link can view the tribute and its media, so share it with care. It does not appear on the Wall of Angels. Withdraw the link in “Edit tribute & privacy” to make it private; old links will stop working.
“Wall of Angels” makes a tribute, its media and memory notes visible to anyone visiting this public site. Changing it back to private removes public access, but cannot recall copies someone has already saved.
A personal home.
Tributes, profile details, uploaded media and love letters are saved online to your signed-in account. Return using your Soul Angels email and password to open them. Accounts created earlier with ChatGPT can still open their existing memories through the optional earlier-members sign-in. Love letters and profile details are always private; Soul Angels never sends letters automatically. If you choose to share a letter, its words are passed to your chosen email or messaging app for you to review and send. That app’s privacy settings then apply.
Your Soul Angels account.
You can create a free account here using your name, email and password, without a ChatGPT account. Passwords are stored as salted, slow hashes. A private session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days on this device. Sign out on shared devices.
Your email identifies your account; we do not verify it or send account emails yet. Save the recovery code shown at signup. It lets you reset your password and signs out other sessions. Keep it private. Without your password or recovery code, we cannot restore access to your private memories.
Your beloved registry.
Soul Circle holds living companions; Soul Angels holds companions you remember. Dates can be left blank when unknown. Moving a companion into remembrance keeps the same tribute, media and memories. Kindness notes follow the same privacy setting as their tribute.
Optional support.
Pay-it-forward contributions support operating Soul Angels through a separately connected payment provider. Payment details are entered on the provider’s page, not stored here. Recorded kind acts are personal notes, not verified gifts or monetary credits.
Keep and manage your memories.
You can update tribute names, companion types, dates, letters and privacy, and permanently delete individual tributes or letters. Deleting a tribute removes its stored media and memory notes. Download media or print a keepsake before deleting if you would like a copy.
Remembrance dates can be downloaded as a calendar file. Import it into your calendar and check its reminder settings. Soul Angels is not sending reminder emails.
Share with care.
Upload media you have permission to use. Seek consent before publicly sharing someone else’s story or photographs, and avoid including addresses or other sensitive information. Signed-in visitors can contribute memories to shared tributes; the tribute owner can remove them.
Optional help with your words.
If you choose AI tribute help, the name, companion type, memory notes, existing love letter and whether a passing date is entered are sent to OpenAI to prepare a draft. Photographs, videos, profile details and private love letters are not included. We request that OpenAI does not store the response; its API data policies still apply. Review the draft before using it. Nothing is saved or shared until you save the tribute. We record your account identifier and request date to enforce daily limits, without storing your AI notes or unused drafts.
Speaking your words.
Voice-to-text starts only when you choose “Speak your words” and allow microphone access. When you stop, the recording is sent to OpenAI to transcribe. Recordings are not saved in your Soul Angels library; the returned text becomes an editable draft. You can discard a recording before sending it. OpenAI’s API data policies apply.
Optional love-letter and invitation help sends the recipient or companion name, supplied notes, current draft and whether it is a remembrance tribute to OpenAI. We request that AI text responses are not stored. No message is automatically saved, posted or sent to a recipient.
Sharing a tribute.
Invitation messages use your existing tribute privacy choice. A private tribute must first be changed to “People with the link” or “Wall of Angels”. Anyone receiving a shared link may forward it. Sharing does not transfer ownership of your tribute. Payment contributions are optional and are never required to view a shared tribute.
